Case studies
I redesigned and redeveloped IDOE's on-premise Dynamics CRM and ASP.NET website for teacher licensing, migrating to Dynamics 365 CE with Power Pages. I flexed from platform configuration to web API integration to React PCF components. I also led the data migration from on-premise to cloud using SSIS, which required careful planning to ensure minimal interruptions to teacher licensure.
Outcome: Migrated with minimal interruption to licensure. Still in use by teachers across Indiana today.
I gathered requirements with the Securities Division over many face-to-face meetings, and designed and developed a highly customized Power Pages portal. I oversaw development of the portal from inception to launch, and developed custom connectors for Scribe to support their integration.
Outcome: Launched in 2019 and still running. Made the division's registration processes paperless.
I was on a 75+ person implementation team to build a single-pane-of-glass application for managing provider relations and health plan initiatives. I used standard Power Platform configurations alongside custom PCF components and integrations with multiple internal systems, from product launch to well into its support phase.
Outcome: Launched in 2023, still in production, and stable enough to need little support.
